Shruthi has an undergraduate degree in engineering, obtaining her B. Tech from NITK Surathkal. She completed her PhD from the University of Texas Austin working on protein-protein docking in the lab of Prof Ron Elber. She then moved to UCSF as a postdoc in the lab of Prof Andrej Sali where she worked on integrative structure determination. She has been in NCBS since late 2019.

Shreyas has a Bachelors in Microbiology from Fergusson College, Pune. He is interested in cryo-EM, integrative modeling, as well as method development at the interface of the two. He has worked on integrative structure determination of chromatin remodeling assemblies and optimizing representation for integrative modeling. He is currently performing cryo-electron microscopy to deduce the structure of the nuclear assemblies. Above all he is motivated to get a coffee machine.

Kartik completed his B.Sc. in Biochemistry from DU, New Delhi and M.Sc. Biotechnology from JNU, New Delhi. He is interested in protein assemblies and machine learning. His work in the lab focuses on integrative modeling of HDAC corepressor complexes and developing machine learning methods for improving integrative modeling. His primary job in the lab is to plan and organize parties. Has an expertise in PJs and memes, and you can hear him talking in reference every now and then. Catch it if you can.

Muskaan completed her B.Sc. in Biomedical Sciences from DU, New Delhi and M.Sc. in Biotechnology from JNU, New Delhi. She is interested in modeling mitochondrial assemblies and integrative structure determination using cryo-electron tomograms. She likes to cook and read psychological thrillers.

Mubashira completed B.Sc. in Physics from MAMO college Calicut and M.Sc. in Physics from Jamia Millia Islamia New Delhi. She is a Physics of Life PhD student in the lab. She is interested in the behaviour and functioning of intrinsically disordered proteins. She likes to read.

Omkar completed his BS-MS in Biology from IISER Pune. He is interested in integrative modeling of the Mycobacterium Tuberculosis interactome. He is enthusiastic about science communication.
