Shruthi has an undergraduate degree in engineering, obtaining her B. Tech from NITK Surathkal. She completed her PhD from the University of Texas Austin working on protein-protein docking in the lab of Prof Ron Elber. She then moved to UCSF as a postdoc in the lab of Prof Andrej Sali where she worked on integrative structure determination. She has been in NCBS since late 2019.

Kartik completed his B.Sc. in Biochemistry from DU, New Delhi and M.Sc. Biotechnology from JNU, New Delhi. His work in the lab focuses on the integrative modeling of macromolecular assemblies and developing machine learning methods for improving integrative modeling and predicting interactions for disordered regions. His primary job in the lab is to plan and organize parties. He has expertise in PJs and memes, and you can hear him talking in reference every now and then.

Muskaan completed her B.Sc. in Biomedical Sciences from DU, New Delhi and M.Sc. in Biotechnology from JNU, New Delhi. She is interested in modeling mitochondrial assemblies and integrative structure determination of chromatin using cryo-electron tomograms. She likes to cook and read psychological thrillers.

Mubashira completed her B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Calicut, Kerala, and her M.Sc. in Physics from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. She is currently a PhD student in the Physics of Life program. Her research interests include applying machine learning and deep learning approaches to study intrinsically disordered proteins, which remain in an ensemble of conformations when interacting with partner proteins. Outside of research, she explores different strategies to maintain a healthy workâlife balance, and most of her free time is occupied by her kid.

Omkar completed his BS-MS in Biology from IISER Pune. He is currently working on integrative modeling of cardiac desmosome. He is enthusiastic about molecular visualization. He likes to spend time creating animations using blender and playing computer games.

Sudhish is doing his bachelors in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics from IIT Hyderabad. He is currently working on developing deep learning based methods for predicting antibody heavy/light chain pairing from sequence alone. He likes to play PC games in leisure.
